Our management team prides themselves on listening and understanding first, and offering practical solutions after.  Our CEO's doors are genuinely open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day  - to our customers, our partners and employees.

Cecil Hassard

Cecil Hassard

Chief Executive Officer/Founder

Cecil has been working within the oil and gas industry for more than 40 years. As Founder and Chairman of the Board for CA Coil Solutions, Inc. his skills in manufacturing Oil & Gas stimulation and intervention equipment, Operations Management, Heavy Equipment, and Pump system designs which include, fluid, acid and cementing units led him to establishing Ranglar in 2016. He holds a Journeyman inter-provincial ticket focused in Millwright from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Jason clark

Operations Manager

With over 25 years of experience, Jason’s career started in Fabrication where he achieved his B level welding certification while residing in British Columbia. After working his way up from an Apprentice, he obtained his Red Seal inter-provincial millwright certificate and worked in Mexico as well as other major basins across North America. Upon his return to Canada, Jason moved into Management positions, starting as a Service Manager, and moving into Operations and General Manager roles. Jason has high attention to detail, excels in problem solving, and has exceptional people skills. His industry knowledge and skillset are a great asset to the Ranglar team. JEFF MACDONALD

Technical Sales

Jeff’s career began in Fabrication, progressing through roles leading him to a Red Seal Journeyman Certificate and eventually Supervisor and Manager positions. Following his Fabrication experience, he worked in Project Management and ultimately started in Technical Sales in 2013. Jeff is a great asset to our sales team, utilizing strong communication skills, leadership and management capabilities to establish strong business relationships. Starting with the company in 2013, Jeff brings over 20 years of industry knowledge specializing in Oil & Gas, Steel, Maintenance & Repair, and Project Management. JASON MOORHOUSE

Special Projects

Jason started his career as a Field Service Technician, but has taken on many roles over the years. Acquiring his HET Journeyman Certificate from SAIT early on, he progressed to Management positions within domestic and international markets, leading him to Ranglar in the summer of 2017. Among other areas, Jason specializes in project management, machine design, retrofit management and costing, service and repair management and is an exceptional addition to the Ranglar team. Jason has great leadership and over 30 years of industry knowledge, combined with strong interpersonal skills and a great sense of humor! andrew kramer

Electrical Supervisor

Andrew started his electrical career during high school in both commercial and residential electrical. Achieving an Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technologies in 2010, he now has over 15 years of industry experience. His Diploma offered advanced courses in electrical power systems, robotics, instrumentation and project management. Shortly after graduation, Andrew began his career in mobile equipment working in Central Alberta. After moving up from Technician roles, to Team Leads, he ultimately started as an Electrical Manager here at Ranglar in early 2019. Andrew has an aptitude for custom projects and excels in technical design, problem solving and troubleshooting. – he even competed in a World Skills Competition, representing Canada in the Mobile Robotics category in Japan. paul neufeld

Project Supervisor

With over 18 years of experience, Paul joined the Ranglar team in the beginning of 2017. An asset to the company, Paul came to us as a Certified Engineer Technologist with both theoretical knowledge and practical skill. Paul is working towards his PMP Certification and possesses a Project Management certificate through SAIT, in addition to being a certified Journeyman Millwright. Paul is extremely organized, has excellent time management skills, and extensive knowledge in electrical, fabrication, engineering and assembly. Paul uses his technical analytical aptitudes combined with problem-solving strengths to deliver on-time, on budget project completions. He is highly skilled in communicating effectively with colleagues, vendors and customers ensuring client satisfaction and project milestones are met. Paul is a fantastic addition to the Ranglar team, and in his spare time can be found golfing, canoeing, or showing his 1968 Corvette at car shows. graham dick

Engineering Supervisor

Graham graduated with distinction from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering IN 2006. He began his career with well testing and field fracturing specializing in blending and hydration. He quickly progressed to mechanical design specializing in pumping technology for fracturing operations, coiled tubing unit design, and drilling rigs. Graham joined the team in 2014 and excels at R&D and conceptual design, product and engineering design, and technical writing. As Engineering Supervisor, he epitomizes innovative analytical and problem-solving skills, superior communication, and innate accuracy.
